GAS METER PRODUCTION SYSTEM
This system was recently delivered and installed in Western Europe and is capable of producing 320 gas meters for domestic use per hour. The entire system is made up of 8 machines in a line connected by a pallet transport system constructed by ABL and an accumulating system for the polymerisation pieces after the mastic depositing. System features:
- Robotised cell for mastic dosing
- Test station for holding test
- Screwing process unit with couple and quota check

AUTOMATIC VENTILATOR ASSEMBLY LINE
The production line is capable of assembling 6 different types of electric ventilator for the automotive industry. The structure is made up of a coded free pallet transport line with vertical return and of 9 entirely automatic stations plus 1 manual machine for the insertion of the electrical connections. Some of the features of the machine include the unit transfer axes realised with closed-ring brushless motorised axes in order to reduce the tooling times of the machine. The cycle time is around 12 seconds.

AUTOMATIC VALVE EXTINGUISHER ASSMEBLY LINE
The production line is capable of assembling 10 different types of valves for powder extinguishers. The structure is made up of free pallets ring transport line and 29 entirely automated stations. Some of the features of the production line include the triple microleak holding test station (resolution 1 Pascal) with a vision system incorporated into it consisting of a video camera for the checking of the correct working of the pressure manometer inside of the extinguisher (which can be supplied in different types of shape) The production cycle is around 8 seconds.

AUTOMATIC WATER METER PRODUCTION LINE
This line, which is entirely automatic, is capable of assembling 3 different types of water meter. The assigned operator is in charge solely of the loading of the loose parts and of the verifying of correct working. The various operative phases see to the assembly of the 10 features with a work cycle of 300 pieces per hour.
