Our production is divided into rotating table (circular transfer) and free pallets (linear carousel transfers) both of vertical and horizontal type: the linear insertion of units which is intelligently programmable allows you to carry out piantaggi, screw-fixing processes, holding tests and everything else necessary for the correct assembly of the pieces and makes the production line more flexible and quicker to adapt to the production needs.

The increasing requirements of the companies to adapt in short times to the market’s needs has brought us to the development of the entirely programmable motorised axes; to be inserted into the production lines with the task of transferring and placing the pieces onto pallets, without the usual characteristic binds present in pneumatic systems.

The further insertion of robotised cells into the production line, both of scara and anthropoid robots, the use of vision systems, both for piece-loading and for quality control during the assembly phase, the extensive use of evolved sensors allow us to position ourselves in an excellent technological position in the European environment.
