COMPUTERISED
MULTIPLE LOAD TESTING STATION
The
task of this multiple station is to carry out the load-test of
the water meters, verifying the efficiency of the counting system
and archiving the data in order to maintain historical traceability.
Given the complexity of the testing, it is necessary to test
100% of the production, upon unloading from the assembly line,
the pallets are coded with a radio frequency system which allows
them to be recognised during the various testing phases. |

MULTIPLE
HOLD TESTING STATION
In this event, the production line assembles petrol
filters (line production cycle of around 2400 pieces per hour)
and in order to carry out the hold testing it is necessary
to implement a multiple system. The hold testing is carried
out with the “recovery” system to 8 groups simultaneously
checking leakage to Pascal orders. The particular characteristic
lays within the pneumatic circuit which, in order to guarantee
the working under any climatic condition, (the production line
is installed in South America), has been entirely redesigned
and opportunely configured. |

SPHERICAL
VALVE TESTING STATION
This station, inserted into the line, has been designed in
order to carry out the “recovery” test for spherical
valves in various configurations and models. All of the pneumatic
circuitry has been foreseen for inserting/disengaging the parts
of the valve to be checked. Also in this event, the relevant
leakage is measured in Pascal. |
