ROBOTISED CELLS

AUTOMATIC ISLAND WITH ROBOTISED CELLS AND VISION SYSTEM
The machine in question is capable of assembling pneumatic connections with a work cycle of 1000 pieces per hour. The loading of the body is carried out with the grabbing by means of a SCARA geometric robot governed by a vision system. The system is capable of recognising with a high level of precision the various types of piece (even of symmetrical shape) allowing therefore the robot to carry out an efficient load of the machine. A further 3 video cameras are positioned on the machine with the task of inspection, dimension verifying and piece presence checking.

The management software is complete with all of the necessary instruments in order to survey and capture the images. In order to make the system more efficient, the connection between the robot, vision system and machine checking PLC is done through the ETHERNET network.

AUTOMATIC ISLAND WITH ROBOTISED CELLS FOR THE ASSEMBLY OF SHOWER BOX
The robotised assembly line for shower box is made up of 2 symmetrical parts capable of assembling the door and chassis parts of a corner shower box with the productive capacity of around 380 box per shift with 2 operators. All of the line is arranged in order to automatically manage the format change (4 lengths and 2 heights) by means of electric brushless axes: the capturing of parametric data of the island occurs with the reading of a bar code assigned to each production batch. The line is capable of managing in addition to the formats, the various operation types of the glass (or methacrylate) with consequent adapting of the silicon depositing sealing system: the process is completed by 4 screwing process stations which are brace-quota checked.
